Because this is a digital information product that is delivered electronically, all purchases are final and we do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or failure to achieve a particular business result.

Delivery issues

If you have paid successfully but do not receive your Blueprint by email, please contact us at theblueprint@gmail.com. We will assist you with accessing the product.

This policy does not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law. Where a refund or other remedy is required by law, we will comply with the applicable legal requirement.
